Refund Policy
Crypto payments are final at the network level, so approved refunds require manual review and processing.
Requests we will review
Refund requests may be reviewed for a confirmed duplicate charge, a material misdescription of the purchased access, or a verified failure to provide access that was not corrected after a reasonable support opportunity. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Requests not based on an access defect
Market losses, lack of profit, a missed trade, an indicator setup the buyer chose not to use, or dissatisfaction with a trading outcome do not establish a product defect. Trading results are never guaranteed.
How to request a review
Contact support inside the Insider Quant Algos Whop product as soon as possible. Include your Whop receipt identifier, transaction hash, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, exchange password, or wallet login.
Approved refunds
If approved, the refund method and amount will be explained before processing. Blockchain network fees, conversion spreads, taxes, and third-party charges may be unrecoverable. You may be asked to confirm a compatible return address and network. Access may be revoked when a refund is approved.
Processing time
Blockchain confirmation times and manual review can vary. Any estimate provided by support is informational and not a guarantee of settlement time.
