This policy explains the limited information used to provide the seven-day product and support access.
Information collected
Whop and its payment providers may collect checkout, identity, billing, transaction, device, fraud-prevention, and compliance information. Insider Quant Algos may receive your name, email address, Whop account details, purchase and access status, support messages, and the TradingView username you submit for provisioning.
How information is used
Information is used to verify purchases, activate and remove access, provision TradingView indicators, answer support requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. It is not used to request or store exchange passwords, brokerage credentials, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or TradingView passwords.
Service providers
Whop, crypto payment providers, Cloudflare, TradingView, and other necessary infrastructure providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Blockchain transactions may be public and permanent.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the product, detect fraud, satisfy legal obligations, or protect users and the business. Personal information is not sold as part of this offer.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for access control, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction, tax, fraud, and legal records may need to be retained. Submit requests through the support channel inside the Insider Quant Algos Whop product.
Cookies and analytics
The static landing page does not currently set first-party advertising cookies. Whop, Cloudflare, and other linked services may use necessary cookies or analytics under their own policies. If marketing analytics are added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Children
The product is not directed to children. Buyers must meet the age and capacity requirements of Whop, the applicable payment provider, and their jurisdiction.
Business details
The seller should add its final legal identity, business address, privacy contact, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures before paid advertising or broad commercial launch.
